Gaming trend started to run out of fuel
  • Asustek Compouter has dismissed a recent media report that claimed the company was ready to axe half of its gaming department's personnel with at least 300 employees to be affected, and to also lay off workers in its handset and notebook departments.

    Asustek has already eliminated about 100 jobs mainly at its handset and gaming notebook departments in September, with the affected employees either relocated to other departments or given special severance compensations.

    Hope it'll go faster from here.
