    It is good to understand that it is Google owned company that provide around 90% of all free https certificates.
    But it is not infinite. Next will come payment and after this will come site reviews before providing it.

    90% of web sites do not need any HTTPs, all they need is proper common protocols to exchange some sensitive information.
