War: No more dislikes allowed on Youtube
    • At YouTube, we strive to be a place where creators of all sizes and backgrounds can find and share their voice. To ensure that YouTube promotes respectful interactions between viewers and creators, we introduced several features and policies to improve their experience. And earlier this year, we experimented with the dislike button to see whether or not changes could help better protect our creators from harassment, and reduce dislike attacks — where people work to drive up the number of dislikes on a creator’s videos.

We're making the dislike counts private across YouTube, but the dislike button is not going away. This change will start gradually rolling out today.

As part of this experiment, viewers could still see and use the dislike button. But because the count was not visible to them, we found that they were less likely to target a video’s dislike button to drive up the count. In short, our experiment data showed a reduction in dislike attacking behavior1. We also heard directly from smaller creators and those just getting started that they are unfairly targeted by this behavior — and our experiment confirmed that this does occur at a higher proportion on smaller channels.

We don't need conflicts, they say :-)

    War: Uranium conflicts are inevitable
    • The great energy crisis in China has accelerated decision-making on the future of nuclear power. The new plan calls for the construction of 150 new nuclear reactors in the country over the next 15 years. This inspired mining companies around the world, but immediately led to signs of uranium shortages. In fact, China will double the number of nuclear reactors built worldwide since the 1980s.

      https://smallcaps.com.au/china-supercharge-uranium-race-150-new-nuclear-reactors/

On Tuesday, in a televised address to the nation, French President Emmanuel Macron announced plans to build new nuclear power plants in the country. The announcement was made five months before the next presidential elections in France and can be considered part of Macron's new election program. When taking office earlier, he promised to reduce France's dependence on nuclear power plants from 75% to 50% by 2035. But in recent months, everything has changed.

Big issue with all this plans is that we don't have enough uranium for them.

War: You'll live bad, but good news is that it won't be long life
    • Wind and solar power could meet around 85 percent of US electricity needs, according to a paper published in Nature Communications. Batteries, capacity overbuilding and other storage options could increase that figure.

A blend of wind and solar power should be enough to meet most of the current energy needs in "advanced, industrialized nations," according to the study. Researchers from the University of California, Irvine (UCI), China’s Tsinghua University, the Carnegie Institution for Science and Caltech looked at 39 years of hourly energy demand data from 42 countries to determine whether there's enough wind and solar resources to meet requirements.

      https://news.uci.edu/2021/11/05/wind-and-solar-could-power-the-worlds-major-countries-most-of-the-time/

This "science" guys are totally nuts as they write stuff that is requested from them according to the grant they got.

      • 1st small issue. They casually write about 12 hour accumulation, but such thing will cost much more than any sun and wind generation and no one know how to make even this.
      • 2nd small issue. 12 hours is tiny. As in case of long cloudy days and sudden absent of strong wind you can have WEEKS where generation will be from 1 to 10% of normal values. Manufacturing can't work with such unstable power also.
      • 3rd big issues. They view electricity as something autonomous. But this guys also plan to move all cars to electricity and also close of lot of coal supply to manufacturing, so they will need 4-5x times of current electricity demand. And all construction that is already from fairy tales goes to burst mode.

War: Semiconductors cartel is doing good
    • The New York Times surveyed several market participants about the changes they had to face since the beginning of the pandemic.

The shortage of semiconductor components is most acutely felt in the market segment that uses mature lithography and produces fairly simple products.

Microchip Technology, a microcontroller company, estimates that demand now exceeds supply by about 50%, and there is simply no cost-effective way to quickly close the gap.

The semiconductor market has become a seller's market. It is suppliers and manufacturers who can now dictate conditions to customers and form a pricing policy that is profitable for themselves.

Big media now spread total lies as they are required part of cartel agreements. All, 100% shortage had been organized and is caused by manufacturers and later by media - such they forced firms to buy not the normal amount of chips, but big stock "to be sure" at 200-500% of usual price.

On all markets where shortage is maximum we can see lack of big jumps of production, no more than 2-10%. On many of big markets we actually have 5-20% fall.

Car industry fake chip shortage had been used to artificially cut production of cars that are consuming oil. Issue is that all 100% of car related chips are made according to long term contracts with big sanctions in case of shipment issues and very tight legal checking. But media suddenly tell us that it is not the case.

War: Taiwan turned into criminal state
    • The Taiwanese Ministry of Finance said in a new report that a 24.6% year-on-year increase in the island's export revenues surpassed the $40 billion mark for the first time. Taiwan's annual export revenues are likely to rise above $ 400 billion. Higher prices for semiconductor components and materials boosted revenue.

We now clearly see that so called "deficit of semiconductor components" had been highly organized crime of gigantic proportions.

Criminals: Nikon spending huge money on headquarters in Tokyo
    • image

      • Site Area Approx. 18,000 m2
      • Total Floor Space Approx. 42,000 m2

Nikon is pleased to announce the plan of constructing new head office in a vacant land on the premises of Oi Plant in Shinagawa-ku, Tokyo, and commenced specific consideration.

Nikon is establishing a growth foundation for the future. Aiming to strengthen development functions and create synergies between business units for sustainable growth by consolidating the corporate division, planning division of each business unit, and advanced R&D-related division into the new head office building that is currently under planning.

The new head office is expected to have 6 floors above ground and a total floor space of approximately 42,000m2. Aiming to create an office space that promotes digitalization and a workplace that supports flexible work styles.

It is also planned to be an environmentally friendly office building that is rooted in the local community with an emphasis on sustainability. Specifically, the building is designed with a solar shielding exterior facade system to reduce the energy required for air conditioning, as well as a structure that promotes natural ventilation and plentiful daylight into the space. In addition, the building will be equipped with a VAV1 System that responds to the office utilization rate. The combination of these systems reduces significant amount of energy that building uses, and the new head office is expected to be certified with “ZEB Ready”2. The building also plans to generate renewable energy through a solar power generation system. The Nikon Museum, which displays the history, products, and technologies of each Nikon business will also be relocated to the new head office building.

The planned construction site, Oi Plant, is a place where Nikon has set up its base for over 100 years and has produced various products and services. Since Nikon’s former company name was “Nippon Kogaku K.K.”, the street that many employees commute became known as “Kogaku Street”. We plan to construct a new head office on the location facing Kogaku Street. Details will be announced as soon as it is decided.

Usual scheme is similar for Japanese corporations - first they get big credit from affiliated bank (as Japanese firms participate in special groups), next they make very expensive project, after around 1-2 years they declare that its too costly to own, they sell it, such way they show instantly short term nice cash flow and redirect most of this money to top managers bonuses, next they start paying for rent around 3-4x time they paid for maintaining building before also bank credit will be on bad terms, management also get small cut from this extra profit as they know bank owners well.

Only guys who are really interested in this is criminal top management.

Good quotes: Biden is mentally retarded
    • China, like Russia, “did not attend” the climate summit, although they are world leaders.

It's the same with Putin in Russia. His tundra is on fire. His tundra is literally on fire. He has very serious problems with the climate, but he is silent about the desire to do anything

      Joe Biden

War: Methane pact as new step in fighting with cows
    • The release of methane to the atmosphere contributes significantly to global warming. Therefore, at the World Climate Conference, more than 80 states are joining the EU-US emission reduction initiative.

Dozens of nations advocated cuts in methane emissions and better protection of forests at the UN climate conference COP26, with more than 80 leaders and governments joining the EU-US initiative to reduce methane emissions in Glasgow. The move "will immediately slow down climate change," said EU Commission President Ursula von der Leyen.

Earlier, more than a hundred states adopted a statement that deforestation should be stopped by 2030. Methane emissions are expected to decrease by at least 30 percent by 2030 compared to 2020. Methane is one of the strongest greenhouse gases and is about 80 times more harmful to the climate than CO2. It is released, in particular, in agriculture during the digestion of cattle, as well as in the gas, oil and coal industries.

The largest emitters are countries responsible for about half of the world's methane emissions. Some of the largest issuers such as China, India, Russia and Australia have not joined the agreement. German Environmental Assistance welcomed the initiative and called on the SPD, the Greens and the JDP to consolidate the national reduction target as well as the German methane strategy in a coalition agreement.

Remember all this guys, as all this leaders sooner or later will join most famous criminals list.
