OM Digital Solutions, formerly known as Olympus, have just released their new Micro Four Thirds’ lens roadmap with the addition of two lenses: the M.Zuiko Digital ED 20mm F/1.4 PRO and the M.Zuiko Digital ED 40-150mm F/4 PRO. Olympus sold their imaging business to Japan Industrial Partners in January 2021 and therefore changed their company name to OM Digital Solutions. However, this is not the end of their imaging business since they released the M.Zuiko Digital ED 8-25mm F/4 PRO lens for MFT cameras in June this year. Since the M.Zuiko Digital ED 20mm F/1.4 PRO will sit between the 17mm F/1.2 PRO and 25mm F/1.2, I guess it’ll be a more affordable, lightweight, and compact prime in the lineup.
