Shenyang Zhongyi Optics has launched the Mitakon Speedmaster T1.0 Cine Lens Set for Super35 format cameras consisting of three lenses (20mm, 35mm, and 50mm). Available at a promising price, let’s have a look at what these APS-C lenses offer. Zhongyi Optics is a Chinese manufacturer established in 1984 that sells affordable lenses under the Zhongyi and Mitakon brands. Now they are introducing a Super35 lens kit, available for Sony E, Nikon Z, Fuji X, and Canon RF mount. Fast aperture lenses in a cinema body The first two things that stand out in these lenses are their cinema housing and T1.0 aperture. Such attractive features at this price are the main selling points that may attract buyers to this set. The fast aperture ensures a shallow depth of field and excellent low-light performance.
