7Artisans has released the 18mm F5.6 manual focus full frame lens for the Sony E, Nikon Z and the L mount. As of now, 7Artisans does not have any RF lenses with autofocus and they seem a little scared to bring out their newer manual focus lenses in the RF mount. I hope this changes.
